First joint event with DAFG and trade mark association

Special Guest and Speaker, Professor Rayan Abdullah, Business Manager of Markenbau Agency for corporate Identity / Corporate Design and branding, board of Schokozeit AG as well as professor for typography at the academy for graphic and book art in Leipzig, is an expert regarding corporate Identity / Design.

After the opening ceremony held by DAFG President Dr.Otto Wiesheu, Mr. Abdullah talked about brands in the Arabic countries , in particular how a brand is developing and what to take care off with international brands .

With transferring a brand into a different culture, it is of great importance to reach the consumers, without disrespecting , let alone hurting their feelings , which seems to be easy , but isn`t in Reality , which he proved naming several examples.

Afterwards Mr. Nasyr Birkholz, member of the board of the DAFG, led through the discussion, contributing his experiences as an Expert as the exclusive distributor to Schwarzkopf Henkel in Iraq , followed by the reception , including lots of Talking opportunities .
